Kevin was my stylist and instead of listening to my redirection and preferences he kept doubling down on the fact that he’s the pro and I’m not when I’ve been doing nails for 10+ years. (How would he know) He then proceeds to tell me I should get my nails done more often and maybe I’ll know how it works. I was taken aback. I just wanted pampering and less time doing My birthday nails and they came out horribly, misshaped and very messy. 2/10

Highly recommend Fancy’s nails! The owners are an amazing family. Very kind. Very funny. Very caring of my opinions of how I wanted my nails done. He made sure my nails were absolutely perfect! Kid friendly establishment. Family owned/ran business. Delivered exactly what I’d asked for! Highly recommend spending your money at this nail place in cleveland! New to the area and was looking for a nail places tired several in the cleveland area all terrible experiences besides this one it was amazing and I highly recommend! Will be spreading the word to family and friends and will be coming back to spend my money again!

They barely put my feet in the water and they were done in like five minutes. Left big clumps of lotion all over my legs sent me over to let my legs dry with a lotion on clumps of lotion on there, and I had to ask for a rag just so I could clean my leg up Very rude didn’t even ask me which package I wanted. Didn’t even put anything in the water. Just turn the water on put my feet in it just long enough to get it wet and then let the water out. I will never be back.

I’m very picky on how I do my nails and how the nail tech does SNS! Most nail techs do sns differently.
I loved it the 1st time and gave them a 2nd chance and they went above and beyond.
The entire staff are nice and make you feel welcome.
They have gain a customer!
