I wish I didnt have to give this place a 1 star. Sorriest place ever! We are the only car in the freaking drive through and have set here for 30 minutes! One bad apple ruins it for the rest. Pull your money out and run to Southeast as fast you can. After reading these rest of these reviews, I sure will!

This is not in reference to any particular branch. This is in reference to First Horizon, in general. They keep closing down branches, making it difficult for those of us who do not live in major cities. They definitely do not care to inconvenience their customers. It’s all about money, money, money. Greed, greed, greed. It is the world in which we live, sadly.

Sept 3,2022I am updating my review to a 1 star. DO NOT BANK HERE. I have recently found out that they have given our account number out to two of our rental tenants. One was just a couple months ago. But one was over a year ago. It happened at the Ocoee Crossing location as well as the one at 25th and Chambliss. Let’s just say fire is about to rain down on them when they reopen after the holiday.As far as all the branches, in Cleveland go, this bank is super slow. I’ve waited 30+ min before, in the drive thru, when there were on a few cars in line. That was before the pandemic. Today’s review is specifically for the branch on Keith St. I was making a cash withdrawal. I had withdrawal slip and my driver’s license. Which is what they always use to look up my account. I don’t the banking so I don’t keep an atm card or the account number on me. Because they never require it. Today, the lady told me that I could either give her the account number or write down my ss#. When I asked why, that they never require those things, she said it was because it makes it go faster. I don’t my ss# down on random pieces of paper. And she had everything else she needed. Whe I reminded her of that, she said it would take a few minutes. Then she proceeded to make me wait 10 min. There were no other customers in line. Just me. I don’t know how much longer I would have waited if I wouldn’t haves pressed the call button. Then, she had the audacity to have an attitude and tell me that she wrote down my account number so it wouldn’t take so long next time. This bank, across the board has terrible customer service. But making a customer wait, to prove a point is beyond. If it wasn’t for the fact that 99% of our banking is done online, we would be changing asap.

We have used this bank for several years for our tenants to make their rental deposits in. When we opened our account, we asked specifically what info the tenant would need in order to make their deposits without our account number. And that’s what our tenants use. I have just found out, through a fluke in a conversation, that two of our tenants have been given our account numbers by this bank. One at this location and the other was given out at the one at the 25th St branch. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. There is obviously a corporate issue with their tellers knowing how banking security works.

Dishonest and irresponsible team. Kim Sole and Jen K are truly the worst business professionals I have ever engaged with. An error was made in my processing of my paperwork to the tune of almost 2 million dollars - after I had to hear from Kim about how high up her and her husband are in the company (legacy Iberia bank). A truly painful and regretful experience. Bill Martin - who pretended to act like he would help then left me unresponded to for weeks - and emailed he was dropping the case - and didn't have the nobility to have a quick conversation to explain what was occurring. Further - after contacting the office of the president - and experiencing the continued empty promises and being strung along for months - I was offered to be funded by another lender. This entire experience has been like a bad dream, and was a truly insulting, embarrassing, and costly use of my time and resources, and for the resolution to be discovered that the error lies in the hands of this bank does not give me a sense of comfort that my personal information was tended to in a manner that was safe and secure nor handled professionally - strongly advise that you stay far away from this organization

Great bank! They have ALWAYS called me when suspicious activity or if some company tries to take money out. Any other bank dont care about things like that..

I was waiting on them to open so I could withdraw some money from my saving and was asked to leave because I looked suspicious and they thought that I was going to rob them so I will be taking my banking elsewhere

Been a First Tennessee customer and now First Horizon. Love it still!!! They are a partner with my local Teacher's Credit Union and I've not regretted it one day. This was one change I lived making and now drawing interest on my checking. Only one less star because closed the banks nearest my hometown.
