Oh if I could give 0stars I would. The employees of this store are all fake nice. They seem like they are really sweet but I promise you they are not! DONT SHOP AT THIS FIVE BELOW! Bunch of lying trash. Oh and here’s the bathroom door code because I waited 5 darn minutes just to get my child help for the bathroom. 0682 you place your hand lightly over the key pad. It’s ridiculous that they lock the toilets up. My child ended up peeing him self because no one would help. If it wasn’t help from another customer seeing the code there would have been two pee messes to clean up. It is wild how they treat people. Because of my son’s bladder issue we have been banned from entering the store. They even claimed my son stole something. We emptied every pocket and showed we had nothing. My son was searched by police and they confirmed we had nothing. The store is crazy and wild for claiming this to us. I will be starting a lawsuit! This place is a dam joke and should be closed. If we opened they need a whole new staff because some managers and employees think they are corporate. There is an employ named Kevin who thinks he’s a dang headliner yelling at us about self checking out. If this place doesn’t do self checkout anymore then say it. They are so amped to make the store score a 10 and will push it before you can put an honest score. I wanted to give a 2 and the so called manager gave him self a 10. What a lie! Yeah the store was picked up some what but the fact that they lie about it is bad. Another time we came in no one helped me find a thing I was looking for when I even called in advance about an item being available. I was told they had cords and I came in asking about where the phone charger cords are. The girl rolled her eyes and said did you open your eyes?… excuse me? She scoffs at me telling me they don’t have them. I blew it off and just walked around saw the cords and took a picture of it. I showed a manager and told them what she said and they asked her she denied ever dang word. Once the manager turned and started talking to me the girl behind gave me nasty looks the whole time. This store is a clown house.

This place is so horribly hot that between the heat and the fragrances it makes it hard to breath. You walk into a 90+ degree heat wave. Imagine how melted some of there candy gets at those temperatures and then sell it.

I never leave here disappointed! We'll that I spent to much, but thats at myself, not the store! Great gifts from Santa at Christmas, pool and beach in the summer. Things you didnt know you needed. LoL
