About Gilbert Real Estate & Property
Gilbert Real Estate & Property is a business that offers property management and rental services. While they may take some time to address maintenance issues and have a lengthy process for payment, they are generally friendly and fair in their fees. The staff is experienced and effective, with Susie Gilbert being particularly noteworthy for her diligence in keeping rental properties rented and addressing tenant issues. However, there may be room for improvement in terms of responsiveness to client requests and providing timely support.
