Paid for gas said it declined but when I looked at my transactions, it had taken the money, they said it was pending only and will not honor my gas

I paid for my gas and got nothing, tried to go back in to tell the lady and there was a sign saying, “Bathroom break be back in 5.” It’s been well over 15 minutes now. Terrible.
