went to the garden center to get potting soil the lady was very helpful told me about some flowers on sale i did get alot of them but when i went to get my soil thr young man back their not two helpful im 72 years old he stood there watching me trying to put a large bag on the bottom of my cart i really had two he just stood there and watched wow i could not belive it had to put it in my car also some training might be good

Buyer beware!!! Bought stuff for pickup and they didn't bring it out. I had to call them wait an hour. Then a week later found my name and phone number on a random cart inside. Then day before yesterday bought two brand new Air Conditioner units. One is clearly NOT new!!!! Bashed and wear marks.

Update to my earlier review. The manager, Patty, never called me back. I called her and she told me that I approved all the fixtures and she has a pic of me approving them on my kitchen counter! Never happened. Total lie! Then she said that they don't even show a selection of gold hardware because they are not "up to date on current tends in hardware and only offer black or silver drawer pulls". You rather say that your design service is not up to date with the current trends than say that you ordered the wrong hardware?! Truly unbelievable. The manager of Home Depot Cabinet Design just told me that their product selection is not up to date with the current trends!! Do not have this service from them ever!!!

Kim in kitchen design has been INCREDIBLY helpful. Everyone at this location has gone above and beyond to help get my projects completed long distance. Floor and appliances are great and the customer service desk is super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with this location for any and all your home renovations!

Bought carpet from Home Depot and first the carpet person did not show up all Day and the store you rescheduled for today and they never called or showed up today. Warning do not do business with this store.

I had an online order and waited for them to notify me that it was ready, which I was instructed in my email to do... I finally call to check and they tell me that it is ready and quotes to me the items, which were kitchen cabinets, that they were to have filled. when I get there all the cabinets were not even there. So she cancelled one of them. we rolled the cart out to the car to get ready to load and see that one of the othere cabinets is cracked up the side. We have to do a return on it as well. I got credit for one without tac and one with... I ended up Ten plus dollars short in that deal. Never will I ever go to the Home Depot in Cleveland Tennessee again!

They do not honor military discounts at all times. We tried to place an order today in the store as we were advised by “Jessica” at .com in order to get my husband’s military discount. We were refused and told there was no way to do it.

I came into Home Depot looking for chains for an undisclosed project and a employee named Andrew helped me extremely well,I would honestly say he gave me the best customer service I have ever received hands down the best he was kind courteous and really seemed interested in my day asked me questions, I was having a really crappy day before I was helped by this young man I have a bad back and andrew helped me lift and carry my chains honestly I wish all of your employees were like Andrew that really made my day I will shop here again thanks to the wonderful help of Andrew

Waited 20 minutes for an associate to unlock the gate for a bale of pine straw ,went back to the clerk inside the store to se what was taking so long , she seem shocked and said that she would call someone else.. Went back to the trailer and waited 10 more minutes, no one!! My wife got our money back and said that customer service offered no apology or offered to get someone else...

We paid for pine straw. Waited for 10 minutes, went back and had them call again for someone to load. 10 more minutes went in again. Cashier who had dealt with me twice in the last 20 minutes didn’t seem to know me. Just asked for my money back. You have to go to customer service for that. In to customer service. Asked for my money back on the pine straw. Never got asked why so I told them that we had waited over 20 minutes for someone to load. The two people working customer service never offered to help me get the straw or apologized. Terrible service!

My regular Home Improvement store. Well stocked, clean, well organized. If I had a complaint it is actually complaining about a positive thing. My complaint is you are going to get more employee help there than any other Home Depot or any of their competitors stores. This is a good thing for someone working on a new project or looking for something they cant find, but for someone like me who has been working on my own homes for almost 40 years it can be somewhat annoying. But I would say the majority of their day to day customers probably need the help , meaning minus the contractors, so I would say it should and will probably stay that way. A couple of examples. I went to get some caulk, I know where it is, and what I was looking for. It is a specialized caulk for a specific type of project. I was reading the label and within ten minutes three different employees came up and offered help. One of them must have been a caulk specialist because I got a class on caulk. The other stores I use, if I ask where something is they tell me which aisle "Aisle 13, halfway down on the right". Not this store, they walk you directly to the item, even if it is on the other side of the store. I know I could just say they don't have to walk me across the store or give me a class on an item, but these employees seem so motivated to do what they do I don't want to tell them no. Message to management, if this is how you train your employees they are doing it, take my word for it. I am probably the rare complainer on something other people would consider positive, which is why I am not taking away a star. As a former General Manager in several different corporations I would want my employees to do exactly the same thing where it concerns customer service. The employees are always working, I almost feel guilty asking for something because they will drop what they are doing to help you. I don't work for them, these are just some facts. The store is clean, well organized, well stocked, well managed and the employees are veeeeeeerrrryyyyy helpful.

I would like to thank our local Home Depot (Cleveland, TN) for allowing dogs to walk around there. I gave my puppy his first public outting there on Saturday. The employees were very very nice and made us feel right at home. And the customers all did their part, too! Many of them stopped to talk about the puppy and make over him. He had many experiences which are valuable in socializing a new puppy. Thank you for doing your part to make this puppy a good puppy citizen. I will now think HD first even though I live closer to the other store.

Some of the rudest folks working here I've ever met. I guess they expect us to feel bad for the guy in the wheel chair but he's the rudest of them all. Go home and collect disability if you're that angry. I drive 30 minutes down to Chattanooga or Hixson to get superior service. This store has terribly low morale and it's evident in service.
