Be careful what the service department gives you as service that is needed. Said i needed rear brake service and when i had another brake shop check it out, the brake pads were 7mm and don't need to be replaced until 3 or 4 mm.

After multiple calls, and a previous text, telling this awesome example of a car salesperson that I did not apply for a car, I learned Honda of Cleveland, Heather's, opinion on her customers. I will never be a lying Honda of Cleveland customer, and Heather will realize when the names do not match that I was not the intended recipient of her harassment...in other words, the wrong one. Shop smart, Cleveland.

Shout out to Lamar Thompson for getting my son into the car he loves. The financial department went above and beyond with us to get him the right payment for him. Lamar was so friendly with us and understanding of my sons wants and needs in a vehicle. He made his 18th birthday a big hit with the car he helped him pick out and was honest on what he felt was good for him engine wise down to milage.
