Agent did not tell us we could have immediate water remediation done (drying out flooring, estimate for repairs, etc.) Went over 2 weeks with wet subfloor before we found out we could have had immediate water damage control taken care of. Kept waiting to hear back from insurance before we had anything done. Communication is essential! Tell those of us who have never dealt with this what to do!

Until a few years ago, I was with a very known agency in Chattanooga. Communication was horrible, no one wanted to answer questions or concerns, they made errors then took forever to fix them. It was just an overall bad experience. I’ve now turned everything I have over to Paula and Daria and can go to sleep knowing I’m properly insured without having to beg them to keep me in good standings.

Love working with the folks at this agency. SOOOO very different than my previous company. Amber and Pam are unfailingly kind and knowledgeable on all things Medicare. The time Amber takes to help my mom understand her medications and policy is unheard of in this day and age. The front desk is always polite and quick to answer. I can't say enough good things about them. I would trust them with all your insurance needs. They are amazing.
