Kohl’s Cleveland Tn store I only went to once and I will not be back ! I didn’t have my kohl’s card so I had to give the cashier my license which was fine til she threw them back at me when she was done! Very rude wondering if it was because I was black or she didn’t want to be at work! All I know I won’t go there again!

Ok I will be honest all associated have really good customer services except only one person. 1 I call earlier to verify the product was available and they told me they have it and this particular employee tell us they don't have it no more that I have to order it online and I will not getting it today... so I decided to walk around and I actually found the product and when to the manager to give the complaint... even the manager was nice with his customer service. That's why I giving 3 stars

I go in for an Amazon return and then shop. Everyone is so friendly there. I’m very impressed. We did not have a kohls near us in Calera, Al. We have moved to Cleveland, Tn and I love that it’s 10 min away!

Generally better quality at lower prices than elsewhere. Kohl's Cash, coupons, and sales can allow you to come away with numerous bargains.

I absolutely love Kohl’s, it’s a vey nice & well rounded store. My favorite things to shop for is the jewelry. Something is always on sale.

How Kohl's stays in business amazes me. Their stores are massive with huge inventory. It seems like 1/4 of their stuff is on sale which I know is turning over stale inventory before wholesaling it to Ross or T.J. Maxx... There might have been 10 customers in the store when I was there & at least that many employees. I purchased 2 pairs of pants & was happy with the selection & prices I paid.
