“We recently built a new home and I ordered 2 mattresses online when I only needed one; definitely my error. I called Mattress Firm in Cleveland and spoke with Josh. I explained to him my mistake and wanted to return the mattress. He had told me in the initial phone call that he wasn’t sure how to go about handling this issue but he would find out and get back with me. Couple hours later he called me to tell me he was waiting on an answer on how to proceed but that they would be able to accept the mattress back. And literally 5 minutes after that call he called me again and said he got the go ahead to make the return work. He scheduled a truck to come to our house to pick up the mattress and base, and they showed up as scheduled. I just checked my credit card statement and my card was credited back for the purchase.
Josh is an asset to this store. If he handles every transaction like he handled mine then the company has an exceptional employee on staff who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure a customer was satisfied, even when the customer made the error. I would recommend this business to anyone I know based on the impressive customer service I received.”
