If I could give zero stars I would they will lie to ur face even is u show them proof I would stay as far away as u can they over price I've been waiting on drive way for a year in a half they poured gravel 3 inches on top of chert with is washing out

A poor experience all around. I wonder how long it will take until management is changed again. Be prepared to fix your floors and exterminate bugs. Pay attention to your bills, specifically the 'late fee' charges and know the local laws for such charges for your own sake.

Rented a mobile home, lot 6, MOLD, LEAKY ROOF, SEWAGE back up in tub. Gave notice to move out now my deposit is s non refundable move in fee!!!
