FedEx overnight envelope service deserves only one star, and that's being generous. Shipped a fragile handmade item for a charitable auction, but it arrived at its destination in pieces. The owner's response? Blame the customer and dismissively claim, You get what you paid for." Spending over $100 for their supposedly expert packing and shipping services proved a waste. Don't bother unless you enjoy receiving broken items and dealing with an unapologetic owner. Disappointing experience all around.

The owner is always very helpful and greets me with a smile on his face. Not only is it a convenient location it’s also a local business instead of a chain. I don’t have to go out of my way to do business with them but I would if I had too!

When I first dropped this off to mail, someone was just watching the shop and charged me $4 to mail this. When the owner (?) got back in, he called and I had to pay a little more with a credit card over the phone. Well, my envelope just got returned to me for insufficient postage. I will just go to the post office and have it done right.
