“Bad service in bakery. Promised me a cake ordered on the 29th of September to be picked up the next day after lunch. Call me the next day to tell me they don’t have a decorator. I offered to pick one out of the cooler , buy the kit and decorate it myself. They said they couldn’t do that. I was up a tree. My granddaughter’s birthday was Sunday evening. I went to the one on McGrady Drive and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. She even apologized for Food City’s bakery on Ocoee Crossing. I told her it was not her fault. Never shop this bakery again. After speaking with Lafonda on Monday September 30, 2025 she explained that sometimes they do not have a cake decorator. It’s sad. I really liked the cake I picked. I settled for something else from another Food City.Thank you Lafonda. You are the best!”
“Endo and his crew are absolutely the best! They monitor my maintenance meds and if it changes he catches it. All my prescriptions are always on time and ready. Great people don't know why people use the big pharmaceuticals when you can get Great service from this place”

“Above average Walgreens. Nothing outstanding either way. I don't like reviewing cookie cutter chain business. It'd not fair to the owner in most cases. Franchises such as Walgreens allow very little deviation from the owners manual they come with.”

“Came to pick up medicine. The guy was very patient with me not coming prepared. I got an interview call as he was about to give it to me and had to take it, he did not get aggravated in the slightest. A 2 minute trip took 6-10 and he still served with a smile.Will definitely use them again!”

“Johnathan is so kind and patient. I arrived home late last night from being out of the country, and today, a refill was tried to be put through twice. I was very upset because I called. Well sweet and patient Johnathan explained that the system tried to put the refill through early. Thank you, Johnathan, for explaining and being patient.
Today 4/19 Johnathan once again greeted with a smile and even had my allergy medication ready as well as the one i was on my way to pick up. This CVS has the absolute best customer service i have evet seen. 10 out of 10 in my book. Keep doing what your doing.”

“Had a great experience with Erica over the phone. Had lost my son's prescription and didn't know what pharmacy it was at but when I called this one, Erica told me they did have it and were already able to look up his insurance and everything making it very easy for my son to pick it up on his way home. She was nice and efficient without being rude at all...even sounded NICE, which is somewhat unusual in overworked pharmacy staff these days. Kinda makes me want to switch all our prescriptions there. Very happy based just on the telephone impression. ?”
“Ive started switching my prescriptions to Food City Pharmacy because I can get a better price on them here. I recently started a new med, and when I got home I realized it was a different form of the med than I expected. I called in to ask if there was a mix up and the pharmacist was soo nice. He clarified what the script/Dr direction said and patiently explained the meds to me. I really appreciate everyone here.”

“I love Walgreens. Its always clean and i csn get my OTC items thete becsuse they have them marked which makes it so much easier. Walmart doesnt have anything marked. I love the way you have marked the OTC items. It so much easier to shop at walgreens than anywhere else for your OTC items.”

“This CVS is a CVS. No more, no less. Has lots of choices and is efficiently run. Employees in the store are usually helpful and always courteous. We use the drive-up pharmacy window frequently and have always have had good service there. Employee Steve is particularly knowledgeable and helpful.”
“My husband loves Walgreens at APD 40. Go here! They will help you. They are NEVER too busy to fill a prescription. They have a drive through, too! They are always so helpful. They can fill perscriptions usually within an hour, or less. Their pharmacists are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. We just found out they can continue to fill my husband's prescriptions with his new insurance carrier, too! YAHOO!!We are both thrilled that we will NEVER have to visit this CVS AGAIN!!! Don't go to CVS!!! #CVSsucks”
