Been a customer many years and I have concluded this place is consistently inconsistent. Sometimes greeted upon entering but other times, like today, totally ignored. Guys, there are now other gun stores in Cleveland. Wake up.EDIT: Tried again next day when Blake was there and had completely different experience!

I've bought guns and ammo here. Good prices on both. The staff is friendly, helpful, and open to new shooters and old hats. It's the first place I check when I need something.

First thing I'm buying from them... Always have different things every time I go in there... Nice personable people to deal with... Would buy more from them in the future
