DO NOT USE POSTAL THINGS IN CLEVELAND TN.
I ordered a conversion kit for my daughter's vehicle, her last one the transmission went out, so she got a 2014 Ford Transit and bought the kit from Postal Things about 5 weeks ago now..The kit came in last Friday, and it's missing parts. What's needed for her to use the blinkers, and also the wipers is not there. At no time were we told that this would not be in the kit. We expected a full kit for $2,025.00 custom made for her vehicle and the site advertised! When I called him about it, he was like well she can drive without them- "what, you expect us to put it together without these parts and put her on the road, illegally, without blinkers or wipers??" "Making her have to be unsafe driving without them." Would you put your daughter on the road without blinkers and wipers, in the rain and snow?? What an answer .
It kind of just blew my mind how he acted. Then proceeded to say he was supposed to have marked those parts out in the book, like it wasn't ever supposed to be there. If that's the case, shouldn't he have told us this up front so I could have taken that into consideration. Anyways very frustrating - he now said that the parts have already been ordered but he isn't sure when they will arrive. ...hopefully this week, but he isn't promising anything. He didn't try to track them or to help us in any way, just was very short and didn't care! I just wondered if anyone else has had issues with this place, or a rough experience with customer service. I pray we get the parts we need soon, as she has been having to use a loaner or wait around on a vehicle while we have been waiting for this process!

Update as of 1/10/25- spoke to Scott now a week later after parts were told would be here by end of week, here we are a week later and no parts. Called Scott, he still acts like it's not a big deal, doesn't care about the frustration. My daughter is now another week without a vehicle! Scott has not offered to track the parts, and doesn't even think it's an issue that we were not told up front that it was not all going to be there. Poor management, poor customer service, poor communication, I will NEVER USE THEM AND ADVISE AGAINST OTHERS DOING SO AS WELL. I will continue to update this post, as of today the BBB has been contacted and my attorney. This is beyond ridiculous especially for the price we paid, shipping included!
Another thing I found out - THEY ARE NOT BBB ACCREDITED - Wish I had done better research, but with the postal job, you have limited time to find replacement. Be aware everyone - DONT USE THEM! AVOID THE TROUBLE. HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE..
