The deli manager is rude af. Placed an order last week for 4 party platters, a week early. Needed to edit the order 3-4 days before the party, but online system doesn't allow order edits, so I canceled and re-submitted the order. When I got there, deli manager blamed me for there being a duplicate order. Guess where I won't be ordering catering trays from again.

I am from Lakeland , FL and really miss having a Publix close by. I stopped to get some breaded hot and spicy wings. Well, they do not keep those hot and ready at this Publix. I was told because of other orders it would be over an hour. I was very disappointed since I live an hour away from a Publix. If you get that many orders why are they not kept in the hot box. That being said in true Publix form, the food we did get ( a chicken tender sub and some cookies) was amazing and the staff was so helpful. I cannot wait till we get a Publix out our way.

Some prices are costly.
The bogo deals are good. Large variety,
clean, the staff are extremely helpful. I look at all products on sale and only buy what I need.

There are some very nice people who are employees, but for the most part for the last few months the store is not keeping up with demand and lots of empty shelves.

This publix provided the worst customer service i have ever recieved..They informed me that they lack both the equipment and the staff to complete orders despite advertising they are committed to providing superb customer service..I'm extremely disappointed and will not longer patronize here?
