Great place to buy fish, coral, inverts, and nems! Me and my wife have been to Reef Chasers several times and everytime we go it is a very cool experience, like getting a look at what happens behined the scenes at a fish /coral store. I know they get a lot of business online but I only live 45 minutes away so why not just go see everything in person, right? The first time we went we weren't sure if they were open to the public, because all the windows are blacked out and one door says employees only. When we entered on the left door we were greeted like any other business and there were several people taking care of corals/fish. I'm terrible with names but I'm sure the owner is the one who helps me everytime I go. He always shows us the new stuff and the corals, anemones, inverts in the back rooms. It kinda feels like a guided tour and makes us feel very important.

What an incredible selection of coral and saltwater fish, and they’re restocked regularly. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and their prices are great. Hard to believe there’s a place like this in Cleveland. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Reef Chasers. I drove over an hour, within their advertised business hours, only to find a sign saying they'd be back by 1:30 PM. So, I patiently waited for over an hour. When I called them at 1:35 PM, I was told they were out buying fish and could have someone let me in, but I couldn't make any purchases until the owner returned. I was ready to spend several hundred to a thousand dollars, but the lack of professionalism and customer service has cost them a loyal repeat customer. Very disappointed.

I drove down here with my boyfriend (over an hour from us), during business hours and doors were locked. Called 2x, answered on the second and said we couldn’t buy anything unless the owner was there. Terrible business practice.

First time ordering from Reef Chasers and it won't be the last. The product arrived on time, nicely packaged and in good condition. Here's the thing, I ordered two plugs of zoanthids (So sick and tired of the reefing industry selling things by the polyps. Never used to be that way and it's ruining the industry. Greedy individuals selling one polyp corals for $40+ and we as coral enthusiasts were forced to buy such products as that was the option available) and Reef Chasers shipped me two awesome frag plugs. One has a dozen heads on it and the other has well over 25 heads on it. Both are nice pieces. Both are soaking now. Will dip them here shortly and put in the tank in a hour or so. People are willing to pay for a nice piece of coral when it's worth while. Keep up the stellar work and customer service. I applaud ? you.

Driving by and saw a reef sign out of the blue. Didn’t even know this place existed locally and it’s great! Great support staff, corals are priced excellently. Will be back for more!

Ordered their Phytobloom online and had it shipped to MN. Arrived well packed, dense AF, filled as full as it could get, and high quality. The last phytoplankton I got from Algae Barn was set to expire in 3 weeks from when I got it, and smelt rotten after a few weeks. Very happy with my purchase and will return to purchase more.
