I have been with regions bank since it was am South Bank I'm extremely satisfied with regions bank plus I'm extremely impressed everyone I come in the bank they know me by my name and treat me like I was there next door neighbor

Regions Bank helped me get established in this area several years ago. I have always been treated well .Times are hard for the smaller regional banks. Regions stuck by me, I will stick by them.

I have been banking with this branch for about 15 years today i forgot my ID and they refused to help me. I gave them all other info including social and account number and card number with pin. They said if I came in more often then they would help but because I don’t come in “often enough” they would need to see my ID. I understand needing ID but don’t pick and choose if you have a policy make it across the board not just when you feel like enforcing it. Ridiculous.

This location is absolutely horrible. Today I tried once again to give them a shot and again they did me wrong. The lady shouted my account information out loud to the entire lobby with person information. Then proceeded to telll me she couldn't cash my check. All other locations in Cleveland are amazing to me but this one never again.

Refused to give me any change because I don’t have an account with them. I tried yo get $20 changed for some coins, the teller took my bill and got the coins out before saying “oh wait, do you have an account?” And when I said no put the coins away. In my opinion money is money, and there was no need for account numbers or anything like that to make a simple $20 exchange. Common sense, people.

I'm afraid I would have to agree with other customers. Reaching the branch location at Treasury Drive seems impossible. Called the 800# and was automatically transferred to the branch but no one answered. I called the 800# back to get the local # and after getting it, I called and it was never answered and I received a message about the number wasn't in a Cisco mailbox. Very frustrating.

Good luck calling this location. You can call the 800 number wait on hold for 15 minutes and be transferred and given the phone number to this branch. You can call literally all day and no one will answer. To be such a large bank, trying to contact them is a joke.
