Rick is very knowledgeable and passionate about self-defense. He taught our son throughout his teenage years. His respect, attention to detail, and care for our son instilled discipline and confidence. Rick Fowler is the best!

My son and daughter absolutely love this class and get along great with their classmates! Coach Rick and Coach Olivia are amazing teachers and the kids always have a lot of fun and soak up everything they learn like a sponge.
