Long story short: helpful staff, competitive prices that beat other nearby stations with their discount
I have been going to this gas station for over a year now because it is very close to my home. There are other gas stations that are close, I just always prefer to use this shell station. All of the staff members have been very kind to me and as a regular customer they have occasionally helped me with some change if I'm short for something.
The manager of the store has always been extremely polite and all staff are very helpful. Also, their price is usually the same or within a couple cents of nearby competitors and then if you have the shell discount that can be used easily by phone number will take a minimum of $.03 off per gallon (discount increases when you use it more often) making it cheaper than neighboring gas stations.
Very rarely I've experienced a problem with the card readers at the pumps but they fix those issues quickly and you can pay inside still, so its never been a huge issue. As someone who worked for a gas station for a few years, sometimes those problems happen and are usually beyond the employees control. So it's not something that I think you should judge the station of, just pointing out it does happen occasionally but they fix the issues quickly if you use their station frequently.

Air machine has a card reader and it doesn’t work honestly the management of this store needs to do their job and stop allowing people to be stolen from $2 at a time I’ll go to the Exxon across the street their air machine works and their gas is cheaper just go to the Exxon

This gas station is located in a very questionable area. Right off the interstate so that's a plus. Everything else was bad. The staff wasn't friendly. I just didn't like coming here and likely won't be back... ever! Roll Tide!

You better have patience because the cc deal at the pumps.... Aren't fast at all!!! Decently clean bathrooms and friendly service.... Right off/on i75 so convenient location and timing back onto the road

Worst gas station ever. Half the pumps are out of service. I found a pump that the credit card reader wasn't taped over. Put my card in and the machine froze. So now my card data is in the pump and I can't cancel or proceed to pump gas. Mover around to the other side of the gas station, retried my card, pumps are terribly slow. Took 16 minutes to pump 2 gallons of gas. Of course no receipt available at the pump... drove across the street to the Exxon station and pumped the remaining 11 gallons in about 3 minutes.
