The photo on Google here is old. They have totally remodeled inside and it feels much more elegant. Another major improvement is that they now take reservations!! I used to love the quality of service and skill here, but the wait was often hours before the pedicure even began. It was wonderful to have and appointment and be able to start the pedicure immediately with the person I had requested. They always do a great job!

I always schedule my nail appointments, even if they take walk-ins; it gives me assurance that I won't wait too long. I still was there longer than most places, and the place was strong with chemical odor. I had to put on my mask to keep from smelling too much of it. Other than that, they did above average work, but I had better.

Overall they did a good job on my nails. I had to keep asking for corrections on pretty simple stuff for my SNS set but the nail tech was capable of everything I asked he just seemed in a rush. I also had to wait for 50 minutes after my set appointment time to be seen but my nails looked good and they held up great.

I went in to get a fill and was not treated politely. They removed my gel polish and I got a emergency call for work and had to leave. They still charged me 35.00 for polish removal. I said I would be back in an hour. When I arrived back in an hour They said they couldn't get to me so I had to go elsewhere. I disputed 15.00 of my payment. The cc company resolved in my favor. I just went in to have services done and the owner told me they charged him back 70.00 and they would never help me again. RUDE RUDE RUDE!! I do not control what the credit card processor does. This I not the first time they have been rude or terrible to people. DO NOT USE THEM, UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING OVER CHARGED AND TREATED POORLY!!!Service: Acrylic nails

My wife was there for an hour and half. Her nails all were different when they finished. Some of her nails were straight, others had humps. It was the worst nail job she's ever gotten.Service: Acrylic nails

It was ok, I didnt like the black polish on the inside I feel like they should have grinded that off but the outside is just how I wanted.
