The Designery Cleveland

Hours: The Designery Cleveland receives outstanding service reviews from design to installation. Customers highlight the excellent service and beautiful results from major home updates, including new cabinet layouts and flooring installation. The team helped one family switch to LVP flooring, which looks beautiful and is incredibly durable for a busy household with toddlers and pets. While a cabinet vendor shipped incorrect items causing a minor delay, The Designery handled it by moving incredibly quickly to resolve the issue, staying friendly and communicative, and coordinating logistics timely. Their customer service and efficiency shine when things don't go perfectly. Customers praise the knowledgeable designers, including Terry and Terri, who guided them through the entire process, came to homes for thorough measurements, and made suggestions for alterations better suited for their kitchens. These designers were always available by text, phone call, or stopping in the store, answering questions with a smile. Another customer worked with Sean, who designed new kitchens and bathrooms from old photos and approximate measurements for a hurricane-damaged Florida home. Sean was patient through style changes, expedited orders, and provided detailed invoices for insurance claims. Installers were professional and knowledgeable, performing great work on cabinetry, vanity, tub surround, trim, and flooring on-time. Customers would 100% recommend the company and use them again, with one rating Sean a 10 out of 5.
