Bought a new pair of sheets! Took them out and the thread, stitching around edges… was horrible. Bought a pair of earrings, put them in and… post was so short! Barely went through my ear. Took them back as well!!!

Won't let you return an item if its been used and doesn't work even if it's within the 30 day grace period and you have a receipt. Don't buy shavers, beard trimmers or anything electrical here.

Store does not stand by broken products. Yes we didn't have a recipt. It was obvious bought from TJ max as the product was in the store. We didn't even want our money back just an exchange.

I buy my granddaughters clothes here ,they always have a big selection of toddlers clothing to choose from and MOST OUTFITS are under $20, perfect for this papaw's wallet

This T.J. Maxx is way too small. The old location was much better. I've been ran over by people squeezing down cramped aisle ways and have been hit by buggies. I don't enjoy shopping here due to the small size and rarely do anymore. Poorly designed building. We deserve a larger building.

Busy time of year, employees were very friendly. Selection of items is always hit or miss. My biggest complaint is the number of times my husband had to politely decline the offer to sign up for a credit card. (At least 5 times) 2 different cashiers incessantly asked if we were sure we didn't want to apply. It was pushy and unnecessary. Not everyone wants to own credit cards and that should not be shamed. Please lay off.
