Scott was able to get my car in and finished all in the same day. He was honest, reassuring, straight to the point, and did not try to upsell me anything I didn’t need. He let me know what potential problems I may want to keep an eye on for the future but did not suggest I have anything extra done that I didn’t come in for. The whole process was very easy, it was easy to get in contact with the office, and I’m super grateful for all their help. My car was fixed and home within hours

I have nothing but good things to say about Tri State. This is the second time I’ve had to bring one of my Rovers in to the shop and Scott is always super helpful and talks out a plan with you and what you want done. He doesn’t try to talk you into getting anything more done than what is needed and what you can afford. I will certainly be sticking to his shop for as long as it’s open. It’s hard to find quality, kind, and professional mechanics but Scott ticks off all the boxes! Thank you, you’ve earned a life long customer!
