This has to be the slowest Verizon store I've ever been in. They help about one customer an hour it seems like. When they get done helping a customer, they just stand around or go in the back for several minutes. This store used to be great about getting people in and out fairly quickly and meeting their needs. Not anymore

Customer service isn't very good and after waiting 30 minutes. I was told a charge of $35 for helping me. As a long time customer, I went to a different store. Got the service free as it should be since I have been a customer for years..

This store lied to us about upgrading our plan, while i was upgrading my phone. And when we tried to change it back they said it was not possible. We are so close to changing providers, they will only give us the customer service number. They won't do anything either!

Called their direct number (423)-559-1942 and of course no one answers, they number will send you to the main Verizon with a stupid robot assistant asking you everything just short of what color of my under ware. Odd thing is, my caller ID was showing that this number was in Brazil, very strange, will keep an eye on my next bill and see if they will not charge me with an International call. It is a shame that a local business cannot answer their own phone, but it may be my luck day after seeing the reviews from this store, guess management got it down, was there in 2018 and had a 5 stars experience.
