Came in with a box and return label, asked the man in the store to check and make sure the label was correct because there are scams going around right now where people are getting legit-looking boxes with labels and their phone is going to the scammer’s house or address. Guy basically disregarded me and wouldn’t verify my return label. Do better Verizon.

This store charged us $50 to set up our phones but when we got them they told us we had to call Verizon to set them up because it isn't something they do in store. After a big rigamarole which can be viewed in my wife's review they refused to ever give us a refund claiming they gave us a refund in cash, something they never did. I guess somebody working there became $50 richer one day. Stick with the real version store in town. The wait may be longer but they don't steal from you. All this happened in 2020.
They had the gull today to text me about new promotions. I will never set foot back into this store, or any other Russell Cellular store if there are any, ever again!

Do yourself a favor and find actual Verizon store. This guy let me walk out without transferring data from one phone to the next and sold me 35$ charger I didn't need.

Awful store. Blatantly lie in order to get sales. I work in the Walmart beside it and have seen customers return Verizon phones that the store insisted they couldn't use and that they'd need to buy a phone through them and on a higher paid plan than they were currently on. I've spoken to the manager and he refuses to do anything about it and insists I speak to someone higher up about it. I really hope this store can be restaffed.

While the rest of the staff wad great, the manager Brian was very rude to me. My last trip in the store to purchase new phones he had one of the employees in tears. I would recommend the store across town.
