Been in this store a few times. Usually to change billing info. Very professional and curious. Aided in everything I needed and was very satisfied upon leaving. No headaches in doing this.

Went in to get my new phone up and running was told your on your own went to the other store in Cleveland the person there said no problem took phone and in about 5 minutes I was good to go this store has a low rating maybe need to make some changes

The staff is horrific - Tyler, (manager)Sarah, and i dont know the other managers name *(Tiffany)* but shes working right now - the way that they treat customers and talk to them is horrific! The managers whoes name i dont know told a customer “you need my help i dont need yours” because he way “yelling” he wasnt - some people just talk loud and he was upset because of other issues. Dont go to this verizon - drive the extra 20 min to the next closest one.*we are in the process of canceling our service with Verizon because of this store*

This has to be the slowest Verizon store I've ever been in. They help about one customer an hour it seems like. When they get done helping a customer, they just stand around or go in the back for several minutes. This store used to be great about getting people in and out fairly quickly and meeting their needs. Not anymore

Kevin was the definition of customer service. I worked for 6 years in retail and was in management for most of those 6 years. Kevin is what every retail employee aspires to be! He was helpful, friendly and did everything possible to get us the best deal possible. My wife and I picked up new phones while we were there and the entire process was seamless and enjoyable. Seriously Verizon on Paul Huff, Kevin deserves a big round of applause for his impeccable customer service!! Thank you for your incredible staff and your services!

They suck, they lie to get you to buy and switch and they don't really know a while lot. Our phone lines were supposed to be $25 each a month we were supposed to get a free phone or we can trade in our phones I traded my phones in and then the guy said I'll be right back he came up front again he said I can get you $2,000 in credit to pick some phones out so I picked three phones out and we had switched from Cricket me and my husband got the Motorola g I think it's called they suck mine keeps glitching it keeps freezing The battery is already needing charging right away and I had to pay an extra $30 just for a special cube because it's got to see type adapter on both ends instead of USB on the other they say the phones are free you have to stay with them 36 months but you pay the price of the phones and they don't credit your account for the free phones until 2 to 3 months of service then you'll start to see it So you're always behind paying 300 something dollars for three lions is absolutely ridiculous and especially cuz these phones do not work at all the services horrible I was better off with Cricket at $100 a month for five lines we had unlimited everything including hotspot which Verizon we have no hotspot it's just an all-around terrible phone a terrible company because they don't explain the exact truth to you until after you've signed everything I can't stand working with salespeople that work off of commission because that's what they do they lie to get the sale just like a car dealership they ain't no different and I don't recommend anybody go to Verizon not just because of the service but because the service on the phone we drove from Tennessee to Kansas State we had a hardly any signal in so many places we had no signal we had to actually buy an atlas to get to where we were going Don't switch

I took my daughter in law In to pay off her account balance and was told they only take cash! That she has to call the line from the phone to make a payment with debit Visa. When you call that line, you can hardly understand what they are saying. So we are not too comfortable with that. I have never heard of any company that doesn't take cash.

Thank You Jimmy for all your help this week with my mother's phone. You went out of your way to provide excellent customer service A+ and technical support. Without your help we would have still been trying to trouble shoot issues with the phone. Will come back to this Verizon location again and again for our entire family's phone services.
