They are usually pretty good but they were temporarily closed yesterday so now I have to wait longer to get my meds for something that wasn't my fault.

Had a great experience with Erica over the phone. Had lost my son's prescription and didn't know what pharmacy it was at but when I called this one, Erica told me they did have it and were already able to look up his insurance and everything making it very easy for my son to pick it up on his way home. She was nice and efficient without being rude at all...even sounded NICE, which is somewhat unusual in overworked pharmacy staff these days. Kinda makes me want to switch all our prescriptions there. Very happy based just on the telephone impression. ?

I have been using this store's prescription department for two years. They are polite enough but they can't count. Every month one prescription (that is a narcotic) is late on getting refilled. Then when I try to get it refilled the next month they count the 30 days from THE DATE they filled it NOT when it should have been filled. Since I travel in my work I'm always short. Nice doesn't cut it when it comes to right and wrong. We're at their mercy and they don't care.

Had a horrible experience here with the photo department when I picked up canvas prints that were EXTREMELY CRAZY CROOKED! Long story short, after an hour of waiting and at this point I was really getting upset, Feiliz stepped in and quickly resolved the issue. Her customer service was excellent and really deserves recognition! I would never go back to this store if not for that one person. 5 stars just based on her help. Thank you! Side note, I would use them again for photo prints but not for canvases that involve employees to create.

This pharmacy is ridiculous. It took them an hour to fill my moms medicine that they promised in 15 minutes, but kept telling us they are working on it. Do not use this store, they are the worst.

Probably the most incompetent group of pharmacy techs I have ever seen my scripts are rarely ever ready after the doctor calls it in and half of the time they are out of them.

Pharmacist failed to tell us that medications and items weren’t being covered, sent a change form to the doctor’s office (on a Sunday) for a medication needed that evening, and failed to ask if we needed pen needles for a medication that said on their own form was new! Then argued up and down with me on the phone when I tried to straighten out their mess!
