This Walgreens never has your prescription in stock . They always tell me to go at the other stores There’s always a longer line in drive thru window then normal. The main pharmacist doesn’t even return your calls Avoid this store my opinion

I've been going to this Walgreens for 2 years and everything has been fine but the past month they have treated me like a kid and forgot they are just a empty building without customers and they are going to lose them if they are treating others the way they have treated me!

The manager Brandon was very rude and unhelpful. I will drive out of my way to go to another location to not have to deal with rude staff.

I called and the recording said it was one call ahead of me. I was on the phone for 17 minutes and then the phone just started ringing no more recordings or anything just ringing and then it hung up and said that they were having problems with the phone. I know this is not true because I could hear them picking up and hanging up throughout the whole time I was on hold. This is not the first time this has happened to me. They need to get it fixed if you can’t answer the phone then just tell people that you’re having problems due to high volume and call later, but don’t have them to sit on the phone and waste their time!

I’ve called the pharmacy 3 times. Someone picks up the phone, doesn’t say anything and puts me on hold. Each time, they’ve ended up hanging up on me. They could at least say something, I understand being busy, I don’t understand being rude. If I had any other choice, I wouldn’t call, but unfortunately the app says I have to call because “action is needed”

My mother had surgery and her doctor sent in some pain medicine. Walgreens had the prescription all day and knew they were out of stock and they waited until I went to pick it up to tell us they did not have any. The professional thing to do would be to contact me and let us know they were out so I could tell at least the nurse before she was released. Instead I had to track down the doctor after hours to have it sent somewhere else. They could not transfer from Walgreens to Walgreens because it was a “controlled” medicine. Come on people! The is a patients after surgery pain medication! Transferring to another pharmacy ASAP! Walgreens on 35 25th street Cleveland Tn gets zero stars if it would have let me take away the one star I had to give them to do this review

Refuses to sell OTC insulin to patients without a prescription. I asked for 70/30 without a prescription (you don’t need one to buy this specific kind) and the manager refused to sell it to me when I NEED IT TO LIVE. The guy with the long red hair is the most unprofessional clueless employee I’ve ever dealt with.

My medicine was shorted when I went back and told them about it nothing was done. Said the cameras were blurry but still nothing was fixed. Needless to say I won't be back after 7 years of using this pharmacy.

First of all, if you use this Walgreens, you better not take your medicine as prescribed because the chances that you will get your refills on the due date is extremely slim! My prescription sat in “we’re filling it” status for 2 days! I call, of course sit on hold for 7 minutes, only to find out they are out of my medication, and they have no idea when it will be back in stock. So I’m out of my prescription and my dr is not in the office today. Second, it’s clear these people hate their job! I’ve never encountered such rude people!

Its the only place in town thats open 24 hours . Besides a few Gas Stations/ Convience Stores.
