Pharmacist has a power complex and makes up reasons not to dispense your medication, even if you urgently need it. This was my absolute final straw after 12 years as a customer. You’re FAR better off with Amazon, Walmart, CVS… basically anywhere. I’ve never had a single issue at any other pharmacy, vs. more than i can count with Walgreens. BYE I’ll take me and my thousands of $$ in monthly meds elsewhere.

WORST PHARMACIST EMPLOYEE EVER. Nasty lady there worked Friday the 9th and Sat the 10th at the pharmacy window. Not sure if she's the pharmacist or not but definitely staff and definitely has an attitude towards everyone. I was spoken down to for asking for a particular type of medicine. She spoke down to me like I was an idiot "They're the same" well excuse me, one of your pharmacy people spent 15+ minutes with me last time telling me they WEREN'T THE SAME, maybe if you let me get a single word in you'd be able to LISTEN. I come today to pick it up and it was the wrong count and ran under the WRONG INSURANCE.
I'm so done. I'm going to the 25th street location (24 hour) its 10000x better. Don't believe me? just read the reviews for this store and compare. This lady needs an ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT.

Worst pharmacy EVER. Will not be going back there. Went to get a prescription filled and told me to come back in an hour because they are “too busy” but then I’d had to wait another 20-30 when I come back. Clearly does not care for peoples needs.

Worst pharmacy staff ever. Rude and condescending. Husband is deaf with hearing aids and just had the worst service. Will tell everyone I know and be moving my prescriptions.

It’s all Walgreens.. why are the pharmacists always so slow and uneducated? This is what happens when people do not make more than 15 an hour. They do not care to make any extra effort and they are literally working with medications that can effect someone’s life.

DONT GO TO THIS WALGREENS ON MCGRADY DRIVE EVER. THEY SENT MY RX TO SOMEONE ELSE TWO DIFFERENT TIMES. THEN THEY WANT ME TO PAY AN UBER DRIVER TO BRING THE CORRECT RX TO ME AFTER IVE BEEN WAITING SEVERAL DAYS ALREADY. DON'T GO HERE. SEVERAL OTHER MISTAKES TOO. I ASK FOR RX AND NOT ALL ARE READY BUT I GET A TEXT AFTER IM HOME TO PICK UP ANOTHER ONE THEY MISSED AND IM 2/+ MILES AWAY

This location was out of the medicine the Dr. Called in. I asked if they could call the other Walgreen locations to see who else might have it. They said they do not have access to the other Walgreens inventory. When I called myself to all the other locations . I found it. They told me that Walgreens can find out by looking at the other stores inventory and I wouldn't have had to call. This store just didn't want to go to the trouble.
