Worst pharmacy staff ever. Rude and condescending. Husband is deaf with hearing aids and just had the worst service. Will tell everyone I know and be moving my prescriptions.

It’s all Walgreens.. why are the pharmacists always so slow and uneducated? This is what happens when people do not make more than 15 an hour. They do not care to make any extra effort and they are literally working with medications that can effect someone’s life.

So not happy with this pharmacy. Every single month there is an issue of not having one or more of my prescription in stock. (Seizure and asthma medications are among those.)

This location was out of the medicine the Dr. Called in. I asked if they could call the other Walgreen locations to see who else might have it. They said they do not have access to the other Walgreens inventory. When I called myself to all the other locations . I found it. They told me that Walgreens can find out by looking at the other stores inventory and I wouldn't have had to call. This store just didn't want to go to the trouble.

I get in the pharmacy line at 1:20 pm. The car in front of me gets its items, and I pull up to the window where the Pharmacist is on the phone saying I'm going to lunch. You will have to come back at 2:00 pm. After discussing back and forth, he said, “we close at 1: 30pm for lunch,” to which I replied, “it's 1:32 pm you have to be kidding me. I've been in live for over ten minutes, and you've told me you won't fill my prescription for well over two minutes.” There wasn't another car in line (pictured below). He then says come back at 2:00 pm and hangs up the phone. I'm certain you don't have to have a pharmacist to pick up your prescription. Why in the world wouldn't lunchtimes rotate like every other business? People shock me daily, but WOW, I'm speechless at the poor customer service.

Mary a pharmacy tech tried to set people up for failure with their mental health. Shes been rude to me before, interrupted when I was talking with another employee, made me wait even though my prescription was ready. Theres many more incidents & im going to formally complain to Walgreens corporate. She needs to show some compassion. I understand rules & laws. Ive never asked her to break any. Her attitude & unhelpfullness is a disgrace. After this, probably switching pharmacies.

This Walgreens used to be great. Customer service was good and everyone was helpful. Has gradually gone done hill in the last year or so. Lately have had long waits and poor customer service.Had PCR tests performed yesterday morning to travel to Canada. We were already concerned about the timing (Canada requires a PCR test within 72 hours of entering the country. Walgreens states on their website to expect results in 1-3 days). The pharmacy tech switched up my paperwork with my wife’s. The pharmacist himself supposedly corrected the paperwork. We both received inconclusive results today due to mismatched/errors in patient information. We called Walgreens to see what could be done. Although the person who answered the phone is not who we dealt with and was not familiar with the situation, her response was “ sorry. The only thing we can do is have you do another test and hope that the results are negative.” We were scheduled to fly out tomorrow morning. Now we are unable to travel to Canada and we have to cancel our 20th anniversary trip due to a screw up by Walgreens. I know Covid has put a strain on everyone. Screwing up someone’s test results and not even attempting to help with a solution just shows how little this Walgreens location cares about their customers. We will be going to someone else from now on.

“Karen” is an understatement! These women are the most unpleasant, unfriendly, unprofessional bunch of women I’ve ever encountered. If this pharmacy had a few new Chiefs then maybe the Indians wouldn’t be near as bad. Hate your job? Find a new one! Your Customers (who keep you employed) are miserable. Read the comments …
