I love Walgreens. Its always clean and i csn get my OTC items thete becsuse they have them marked which makes it so much easier. Walmart doesnt have anything marked. I love the way you have marked the OTC items. It so much easier to shop at walgreens than anywhere else for your OTC items.

The pharmacy has shorted our child’s medication consistently, starting with one or 2 missing and now up to a full weeks supply from one month. It’s a controlled substance for children with adhd that can only be refilled every 30 days, But when we go talk to them they blame us. We Even called their corporate and again this Cleveland location called after corporate contacted them, and blamed us. Be weary if you’re new to town like us and you care about your children’s medicine schedule. Or your own. We are changing pharmacies. I will add, we only have issues with the one medicine that is a controlled substance. So might be a good pharmacy if you’re not getting controlled substances

This place is not even had an AED or defibrillator. I hope no one needs CPR because it would be a shame to lose a life because your not prepared.

I've been using this pharmacy for 7 years. The last 6 months have been awful. Short blonde lady is SO rude! She should only be filling prescriptions and not dealing with customers. My husband had her today, and said he'll never fill his prescription there again. She should quit rather than take her nasty attitude out on people who just need prescriptions filled.

I had 20 minutes to spare in between jobs and scheduled a Covid test and I show up at the exact time and they guy at the pharmacy window tells me to come back in 15 minutes because he doesn’t have anything ready and he will have to talk with my insurance company…. I scheduled this SEVEN HOURS EARLIER! In seven hours you couldn’t get this done?! I even put my insurance information into the appointment, everything it asked for…. I’m a patient person but why waste peoples time? I guess I will try a different pharmacy tomorrow.

We've been going to the Walgreens on N. Ocoee Street for some time now. The staff there always greets us by name and goes out of their way to make sure our prescriptions are correct, charged to the appropriate insurance and are the least expensive possible. The pharmacists, Ashley, Nancy and Susan always answer our questions and thoroughly explain the complexities of our medicines.

I was treated ao hateful the last two times. 1st I called was talked to down and hateful and today I go in and the lady was so hateful again in the pharmacy. I will move my prescriptions, never have I ever had such attitude feo.a a pharmacy employee.
