Had prescription transferred to them due to them being the store in town with a tube of it, and me leaving town in 2 days. I get to the window and chick tells me no prescription for me. I explained the situation. She leaves window and comes back and tells me some bull marlkey about corporate won't let them fill it, while they have it there on the shelf. So I find a CVS in Chattanooga that has it and they try to transfer the prescription back to them. They are told that they can't get the prescription because they sent it to their specialty pharmacy to be delivered. They didn't tell they were doing that, so now I will now leave town with out the ointment for my wound care. Walgreens has lost my business for good.

Was always not understanding trying to alter medication I was already on that worked for me she would talk down as if I wasn’t aware of what medication she was trying push on me as far as big pharmaceuticals companies new meds with extreme side effects she acted more high and mighty than I have ever been in contact with she needs to be more patient oriented towards quality and understanding of her patients along with a sprinkle of compassion

Allows employees to cut lines at the pharmacy. Doesn’t let you know when there is an issue with your prescription during the day so you could have time to fix it. Issue apparently wasn’t actually an issue because I transferred it to a 24/7 Walgreens when this closed. They said there was no issue and filled it in five minutes.

I had printed out 87 photos and the lady said they would be ready the next day at 10:30 due to them running out of there paper. I waited until 12:30 to see if I was going to get an email or a message and I had heard nothing. I called up there and they said they don’t have any of my pictures, that I’m not even in the system. What a waste of my time. Terrible store.

Multiple delays on filling my wife’s prescription after telling her it was ready. She had to call another store to get it transferred and it never came. Just awful.

Would give 5 starts but there’s been 3 cases now that they haven’t been able to fill certain prescriptions due to a “dea issue and a glitch in the system.” Very confused about it and was never explained what it meant. Other than that the techs are amazing! And my 5 year old adores the young man that works there ❤️

All Walgreens is the worst I have ever used no one knows nothing and the ones that act like they do don't. I'm so sad that where my husband works has a contract with them and I have to use them I hope at the next meeting things change no one likes them and is having the same problems I am my medicine I get from them are for me to live and no one cares there at all so ?

Just Terrible thoose people on pharmacy swew me over with covid shot booster it was swollen pitch allergic reaction and it was bigger than before them pharmacy doesn't know how to put the vaccine in the arm all the said they cant not help me with it but come back other week and watch stupid pharmacy!!!!@
