They sent me a text message saying I had a prescription and said it would take 30 minutes to a hour and when I went up to the counter to get it they said I already picked it up and the text was a glitch in the system not happy and very disappointed in there service

today my experience was worse! Between the Walmart shoppers that have the big carts putting up stock and everything going on there is no room to shop can't get by people something has to give either open 3 shift for store to do its business or only so many shoppers out at a time ?!

I picked up an order i placed at the south Walmart in Cleveland. Kindred was my personal shopper. Kindred came out to my car smiling with a friendly face. She loaded my items in the trunk. Once loaded she came back to my window, still smiling and told me to have a nice day. I love seeing workers happy.
