Walmart still is a better bargain than other grocery stores in the area. But inflation still continues to be a problem as everywhere. Service is pretty good, but now it is essentially all self service check out. Which actually I don't mind that much. Always enough staff to help you if you need it.

Absolutely disrespectful employee in the customer service center. As a teacher, one of my culinary students was picking up emergency groceries using our schools Walmart card which has the tax exempt number on the back. This is how we have always paid for our items since I've taught (5years) every teacher uses this card. The student was turned away from a couple of registers saying he couldn't use this form of payment. He went to customer service and they again told him the same thing. He called me and put me on speaker. I informed her that this is the correct form of payment. It's how we always do it. She interrupted me with a terrible attitude saying," Ma'am! Ma'am! You need to teach your student to use tax exempt!" My response: "Ma'am, I did show him that but if he is struggling that's where you guys come in to help with the transaction." She cut me off again and I couldn't hear what she was saying but again, still just as rude. My student did not deserved to be talked to like that. Incredibly unprofessional. She needs to stock or something that doesn't require her working with people. Lacks basic customer service skills.

My experience shopping at Walmart has gotten better. I must say they have some smart marketing team members. And they know how to rise above everyone else. Rhet were the first to decide to raise their prices due to covid, and get everyone on the bandwagon raising prices. To almost impossibilities of shopping for your family and barely affording it. Then I've been watching all their proces falling back down to reasonable amounts. While all the rest of the grocery stores prices are still set high! They took a loss in the lack of shoppers, due to the price increase, but now have the Market by being one of the cheapest around. Now everybody has switched back to Walmart because their lowerd prices. Well played Walmart, well played.

Four times I've been here, four times the same homeless guy accosting everyone either at their car or in from of the store asking for money... Y'all not doing anything about this guy? Also the lack of standard checkout lines is pretty annoying, especially late at night. I'm not an employee, I should not be checking myself out unless you offer a discount. Besides, self checkout takes longer. It's incredibly inconvenient.

Overall experience was pleasing. Ordered some groceries thru the the app. Went through all the check in process and my my groceries were out and loaded in less than 5 minutes. If a fast in and out at WAL-MART is your thing this Walmart is the one

I give them 3 stars because the store manager is a good guy and is willing to go out of his way to help if you need him to and he is available but the store it's self is not clean and they don't have many workers up front too help out much but I guess the store manager is doing the best he can with what he had and I understand that .

It'd rather take a beating than deal with any Walmart on the planet. It's dirty, there is no customer service because Walmart doesn't want to have too many employees because the Walton family doesn't have enough Billions of dollars. They under pay and treat their employees like second class citizens, no insurance because it costs too much. I can't say enough bad about the big box giant and their crummy operation.

Generally, shopping at this location requires a customer to take the initiative to check for correct product placement on the store shelves because if you do not check for this specifically, 5 times out of 10, you will pay more than you think you are paying for the product you are choosing. Otherwise, if this location is your go-to store, the staff and management are true country folks who say hello if they see you when you are in the store. It's nice place to shop.

I placed an order and then had to cancel it it only canceled most of my order. When I called customer service, not one but 3 times I was told the order was canceled and my money would be refunded. 3 days later, they took 117.49 from my checking account and said my order was picked upI called the store, and they said my order was canceled, yet I have a text message saying it was picked up. I never picked up anything. I got told by the store that they don't deal with the payment that I would have to call the customer service. Almost a week later and I didn't get my order, and I still haven't received my money back.

THIS IS ONLY FOR THE GROCERY PICKUP. Went there tonight for a grocery pick up. My pick up time was 7pm-8pm. Got there and all the pick up parking spaces were full. I was finally able to get a spot and checked in around 7:30. I waited until a little after 8:30 to call. I had to get back home before 9. I called and was told that only half of my order was prepped and the person that prepped it apparently stopped prepping the order halfway and went home. People use grocery pick up because they are busy and at times don’t have the time to go in the store. It’s also supposed to be quick and it’s not. I will never be using the grocery pickup from Walmart again. It’s faster to just go inside. I have waited an hour or so other times as well.

Not from this area but needed a couple items so opted for pickup. NEVER AGAIN!! I used to work online pickup in Chattanooga and this would have been totally UNACCEPTABLE!! I received a message stating my order was ready for pickup so I went to pick it up. Almost 2 hours later, after multiple unanswered calls to online pickup and being told i couldn't come in to get my order, I finally stopped a worker to ask about my two items. He had to repick them and one wasn't even correct, so I had to wait all that time for one item. Will NOT go to this store again. Called to ask for store manager and was told they were all gone for the day. No manager should ever leave when a department is that far behind.

It would have been a better experience if they had more of the two tier half carts. They are my favorite carts to use and I rarely can find any. Also baskets should be brought back because not everyone wants to push a cart around for just a few things. Employees were nice and hard working when I asked for help though!
