Absolutely horrible. Sent child home with soiled pants and horrible diaper rash. Staffing is awful and they turn my children away weekly due to not having enough staff. Sent child home without when she was not potty trained and then the director blamed my child saying she probably took the diaper off herself. Do Not Send... read full comment

By far, worst place ive ever worked. from the staff being drama, no curriculum, usually won’t let you print anything, lazy people, bosses are satisfied if you just don’t do anything at all, they are careless. Then everyone wonders why no one stays. ?? NEEDS NEW OWNERS. NEW DIRECTORS. NEW EVERYTHING.

There are amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. The teachers really make an effort to engage with the children and develop them in a very individualized way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment. We love west side christian academy.
