It's always a good experience dealing with you guys. I haven't went anywhere else in years and don't plan on it and even if I go into your store and you can't help me or I don't have the best experience. The way that you've treated me has a company and the hiring that you all do as ensure that I won't let one bad experience overshadow all the good that I've had. Today I was helped by your staff on hand with pricing comparisons and they had everything waiting on me when I came in the door. They even helped me use my coupons in a manner that made it the most cost efficient purchase I could have asked for and I couldn't have asked for more LOL. This location is doing it right. Kudos guys and thank you!

If I look up the price of something on the website and it's more expensive in the store despite the fact that the website price is for the in-store item, and the response I get when I bring this up to the representative at the counter is that I'm concerned about this and would like this to be addressed followed by the representative just shrugging his shoulders and acting like it's not a thing, the result is going to be a one-star review. When I express concern about the fact that I was not able to get my digital receipt and asking why I didn't get the option to put my email in so that I could get the digital receipt followed by a shrug and a whatever then that's going to be a one-star review. It doesn't take a lot to be a decent human being, but it takes a lot of indifference for some way to be a piece of.... I'm sorry if the representative had a bad day, but I was there trying to help somebody out and the response that I get is to be treated like less than trash.Reply to Advanced Autoparts: the price on YOUR website didn't match in store. YOUR employee treated me poorly. If you have price match but you can't even match your own prices?...
