Only giving 1 star since they are deceiving with 24 hour access cause it’s only 7am to 10pm access hours but they advertise 24 hour access but that’s only to your account which I think every place has that! We showed up at 11:30 pm at night after driving 10 hours with a uhaul and trailer just to not be able to drop off our stuff very very disappointed and mad that night! Hope they can work with me to get a smaller unit! But overall very nice place just be aware of when u can access it!

The storage unit is clean. The reason I am giving 1 star is because one time I got behind. They sent me a notice letting me know what was going to happen. I got it caught back up. This was last year. This year since the covid stuff hit I got behind on a few payments. And instead of contacting me like before they just set mine and my family’s belongs outside for anybody to happy pick through. If it wasn’t for a good person who realized that this is a family belongings I would have not known about it. I lost alot of my daughters babies books why anybody would take those no idea. My wife great grandfathers memorabilia, and more personal items. Yes I know I was a few months behind, I got no notification of this and lost a lot. Things we can’t get back or replace.

I have dealt with the owners and property manager for years and love how accessible their staff is. Never had an issue with getting a quick response. Easy to deal with and so convenient to get to. Glad to have it here in the Clinton community.

Very clean facility. Safe, easy access. Convenient payment options. I love the climate control. Keeps rust, mold, and mildew away. Highly recommended.
