Mickey and Angela are extremely knowledgeable and they get it done! We are closing in less than 4 weeks from the time we started the loan process with them and at a better rate than we expected during this time in the housing market.

I've used them twice and have had my friends use this company also! They find a will and a way to make it happen for you! They don't call them creative for nothing! I wish they had a button for best service ever! They make things so easy! Mickie and Angela are absolutely amazing to work with!!!

If it can be done, Mickie can do it!! I was skeptical, but I experienced the miracle! I wish I could give 10 stars!
She stepped up and saved my deal when my lender (Southland Home Loans) left me at the closing table empty handed 12 hrs before close date.
Her & Michael Case (HV Realty Executives) busted their butts in the two weeks that followed. We were able to recover and the deal closed!!!
After participating in this legendarily, EPIC transaction, I will be returning in the future and will recommend them both to anyone I can!

I came to Mickie at Creative Mortgage Solutions because I felt like I wasn’t being heard by another lending service. I was recommended to CMS by someone who held Mickie’s knowledge and negotiating skills in high regard, and I am very glad that I made the switch to CMS. Good communication and dedicated persistence all the way through closing. Mickie came into the process just a couple weeks before the scheduled closing date, and was able to secure financing for me, essentially from scratch, within that tight timeline. My only regret is that I didn’t know about them sooner in the process. A highly recommended local business!

We just bought our first home with Creative Mortgage Solutions recently and I just had to come on here because although it is our first time buying I am certain compared to family members and friends who have bought that ours was hands down the smoothest process Thanks to Mickie and Angela. They are so straight forward and I’m absolutely blown away by their knowledge on the home buying process!! Again nothing to compare it to but I am certain this process was so incredibly easy with them on our side that I will continue to always use their services if later down the line we decide to buy again. We are so grateful for them and so incredibly excited to be moving into our new home and as quickly as we are. It feels so surreal. I would honestly rate them even higher if I could. They have been in business for a long time now so not a single question I didn’t ask that Mickie didn’t immediately have an answer for. It helps so much and brings so much peace to have someone who knows the ins and outs of their business. Mickie Simonds was great to work with, she was awesome at finding the lender perfect for our needs and adapting through hurtles along the home loan process. I would recommend her and her team in a heartbeat if I or someone I knew ever needs a mortgage broker!
