Lack of customer service at its best. Absolutely zero compassion for someone that was really in need of a prescription to be filled for my dog whom they saw not being able to stand just an hour before. Finally get the vet to fax over the info and I show up half an hour later to pick it up. I was told to come back after 2pm after their lunch to pick it up. It was within 10 min of lunch time o there wouldn't start it for me until after they got back from lunch. An hour later. Also told them I was packed to leave town with nowhere to go with the dog in the truck. Still no help. Sitting inside CVS waiting. Possibility for the last time.

This is not to generalize everyone but we try to be nice everytime we pick up a prescription because I worked as a technician for cvs and worked customer service jobs. But most of the people here are snob and just don't care. We've been back and forth just for the information that they already have. Calling multiple times to ask for status and every single time they say different versions of what happened or come up with an excuse. I remembered having all the training cvs gives to employees for patients/ customers, and they don't show any of those. I'm not even saying have empathy/sympathy but atleast communicate pleasantly.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced with one of the pharmacy staff. I even went in the next day and talked to the manager, he apologized, but never asked my name. I will be moving all prescriptions immediately.
