I always love going into this dollar store Everyone is so nice and helpful and the lady there named Sirius is so helpful I just like going in there they all try to help me but they are making my day when they just let me talk to them

As another reviewer said, the cashier regularly walks out the door to smoke while there are people waiting to check out. The employees clearly don't want to be here. They stand around like zombies and barely respond to your presence even if you are talking to them.

KUDOS and thanks to the ASM Michelle for her superb and quality customer service! She was super friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable of the store. I was looking for reusable shopping bag so I can use it as a carryon when I fly out of the Knoxville. She instantly pointed out and we had a beautiful transaction.

Left the store approximately minutes ago after waiting in line for several minutes for a cashier. I was second in line and there were at least two customers behind me. We all stand there for some time wondering where everyone is at. After sometime, a lady (who turned out to be the cashier) looks through the door from the outside, sees us and throws her lighted cigarette down and comes to the register. So she lets customers stand in line waiting to check out while she is outside the store smoking a cigarette. I did one star because I could not post without at least one.

We have to travel another mile or so to get to this one but it's worth it! Helpful employees, with patience for customer service. Not to mention, they always have our favorite snacks stocked and not out of date.
