I had waited for months for an apartment that was never ready. First I was being told I would be in in about 2-3 weeks due to things getting fixed and then something else was broken and needing repairs. I eventually gave up waiting because it seems like they can never get any repairs done in a timely fashion let alone update their tenants about anything. I am so glad I moved to Knoxville when I did.

Poor management! Horrible bug problem doesn't matter how clean you are. Pest control does not help. Horrible maintenance. Do not recommend!

I hate having to live here. It's the worst place I have ever lived. Nothing gets fixed if it is broken, the manager starts arguing with you and threatens to evict you if you don't want to be passive and let them go in when they want to.They had pest control that actually made the bugs worse, and I have been doing my own pest control and I just got a letter saying that I can't do my own pest control! I've been keeping bugs out of my house myself! Now if I don't let their company do it, I'll be evicted!

I have loved here for almost 2 years now and we have had more than 5 managers and 4 maintenance men in that time. None of the work orders get done because they say they have to fix the vecant apartments first witch is never done because they are always evicting people. I went to talk to the manager today and she threatened to evict me because she thought I was raising my voice at her. She then proceeded to tell me that she WILL enter my home even without 24 hours notice and if I refuse then she will terminate my lease! The pest control here is so bad and there are bugs everywhere. Management is very rude and lies to you and walks all over you and nothing ever gets done. Highly do not recommend! Only here because this is the only thing we can afford.NOTE: VERY Racist management!!!

Look for bed bugs in h building cause they haven't treated and it been 3 weeks so far. Our mattress and box springs were taken back in the apartment and only it and our couch was sprayed with more than likely some cheap stuff. We have video of the bed bugs alive crawling on the bed I mean that what they used didn't even kill them. Now we have been forced to stay out and also have to completely start over we got 4 kids.

My brother and sister in law lived here. They were extremely nice apts, their very spacious and very clean. Iv lived in alot of different apts in Knoxville but these were the nicest ones iv seen so far. They have a small play ground for children and they seem like a safe and nice place to live.

Looks ratty from the outside. From the insides of the Apts it's even worse. A lot of these people are drug dealers & wanna be gangs. I DO NOT feel safe walking around this complex.
