I went in there just looking around and walked out feeling like I’d just struck oil in Anderson County. They’ve got a little bit of everything — tools, guitars, jewelry, odds, ends, and enough interesting stuff on the shelves to keep a grown man wandering around like he forgot what he came in for. It’s basically a treasure hunt for people who know the value of a dollar and ain’t scared to dig a little.

The staff was friendlier than a dog at a cookout and way more helpful than they had to be. No pressure, no nonsense, no slick talking — just straight-up honest folks willing to help you find what you need or give you a fair shake if you’re bringing something in. That kind of service is rarer than a cheap diesel these days.

Place was clean, organized, and run smoother than a new socket wrench. Whether you need a good deal, a little cash, or just want to poke around at some cool stuff, Shylock’s Pawn is worth the stop. Five stars all day long. I’d go back again so fast I’d leave boot prints in the parking lot.

“I recently applied for my second NFA item. I really appreciate these guys! I know the new year has been difficult using the revamped system the ATF uses now that there is no tax stamp and there have been multiple issues with it. I was impatient as it seemed nothing was happening and I kind of bugged the guys for a day or two. They were very patient with me during this time. I am settling in to wait now lol. Hopefully it won't be too long. I got a call from them and an email from the owner explaining what was going on. I also got an email from silencer shop that said I needed to fill out more paperwork online( I forgot that I was supposed to ignore that) and called them again. They were again very pleasant and patient with me and explained that I didn't have to do anything except wait. Keep up the great work guys and thank you! I will keep going to my favorite LGS.....
