Hoskins Drug Store is a surviving old-time drug store with a fountain and grill, offering a neat vintage diner atmosphere and a blast from the past experience. The store features lots of old memorabilia from the early days and even old-time phone booths. It is a cute little lunch place and a live pharmacy. The food is very good, very tasty, and cooked like home. Options include a delicious Shepherds Pie and veggies, a special Hoskins hamburger, a very yummy pimento cheese sandwich, and delicious sandwiches. They also have amazing ice cream. The prices are ridiculously reasonable. The atmosphere is relaxing. The service is decent, with very friendly staff providing great service. The older staff are tremendous, helping newcomers feel at home and considering it a privilege to serve folks. The staff is incredible, going above and beyond. However, the younger staff have much to learn, sometimes acting inconvenienced. It is a must visit while in Clinton, Tennessee.
A walk back in time, for me anyway. This is an old fashioned drugstore with the soda fountain shop and cafe operating within. Kinda like in the old town of Mayberry on television. I had the 2 egg, biscuit and gravy, toast, hot sauce and coke. Food was excellent. This is 100% a place worth visiting. I will be back very soon.

This place is adorable and everyone is super friendly here. Food is great and it’s such a nice place to stop for a bite to eat while antiquing! Its been here for 96 years so the charm it has you know etc it’s adorable

Awesome hometown establishment. You can eat breakfast or lunch, pick up a prescription or shop for any medical device you might need.
