I went in to Metro in Clinton on Sunday to get help with porting my phone number to Metro; my previous carrier was making it hard for me to port my number. The associate was sooo helpful and patient helping me. I am so grateful for her and Metro! My service at the store was outstanding! I live out in the middle of nowhere and can finally use my phone at home; the signal strength is incredible!

Disappointing Experience at Metro T-Mobile, Clinton, TennesseeToday, my visit to the Metro T-Mobile store in Clinton, Tennessee, was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Despite having a scheduled appointment to add a third line, the assigned advisor displayed an unacceptable attitude from the beginning.Despite the friendly assistance I received earlier to schedule the appointment and add the new line, upon arriving at the store, the advisor, who has previously shown unprofessional behavior, claimed that the system was not available without even allowing me to explain my situation.When I asked why she was never willing to help, her response was disproportionate and aggressive. She called me rude and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the store immediately, all of this in front of my 12 and 6-year-old children.This experience was particularly distressing as I have been a customer for over two years and have always fulfilled my obligations. Being treated like a criminal without apparent reason is unacceptable.I hope this review serves as a testimony to the inadequate customer service at this store and prompts an internal review to improve the attitude and service provided by the staff.Additional Note: The advisor who scheduled my appointment is not the same one who attended to me today. The one who scheduled my appointment was named Brittany and was very kind. The one I encountered today was named Hayley and was completely different and rude.

I had a bad experience in the store in Oak Ridge I went to the Clinton store and I'll talk to Haley she was wonderful she helped me and got me a new phone and she was busy but she still helped all her customers and I came out satisfied and happy

I called trying to make a payment she( Haley ) was totally uncooperative I asked her to have there manager. Call be I gave her my number she never wrote it down then hung up on me as for a. Metro PCs rep she fails miserably

one star for a great way to take your money. Bought a phone, checked my address, told me should work fine. Drive home take the phone out of the box and no signals. Take phone back to store and no refund. Not so nation wide. Just saying. Not happy!

My last visit here I wasn't all that happy with the results but this time (10-12-20) the sales woman (Megan)that helped me she was polite & courteous full energy like she loved her job, enjoyed doing it and showed it with her awesome attitude

I recently went there to port over to their service from another company. It took us almost 2 hours to complete the process because of a small issue, that DID get worked out professionally and properly by two of the sales associates working at the time. Id like for Megan and Steven to be recognized as Five Star, outstanding employees who id like to Thank again for being so patient and nice. Thank you so much. You guys are the best!!!

Hade a I phone 6s two days ago it shutdown when I restarted it the iOS crashed so I called this store they bring it in we'll take care of it. So today I drove 87miles one way just to be told they cant do anything but provide me with a upgrade at MY cost I didn't want a upgrade I wanted a phone that worked so my experience with this store end with me calling metropcs and cancelling the phone off the plan. thank 4 nothing,turned this store in to B.B.B hope you get shut down!
