“I have spoken with Melissa a few times over the last couple of years regarding lost packages and she has been super helpful and kind. This last incident involved a package that never made it to the Clinton post office and required some extra time and tracking. Melissa gave me her direct line and also contacted me twice to update me on the status of the package. She is very pleasant and efficient!”
