I have bern with this back for the better part of 10 years. It byfar is the best bank I have ever used . The tellers are very nice and if I have any questions they answer them. I have never had a problem with this bank.

Have been a customer for the past 5+ years and in the past year the way this bank has handled fraudulent use of our account due to their policies which end up costing their customers at no fault of their own and the treatment given in these cases both by phone personnel and branch personnel to be unconcerned and rude at times. Pulling my business completely as of today and going to a bank who has better policies to protect and help their customers!!

I went on to send money thru western union,teller asked if I was a member,why would that matter first of all,so since I wasn't I had to wait on woman in first office to stop being flirty on phone she too asked if I was a customer right off the bat,the two had been texting or emailing each other as they were asking ea other if txt was received so do not give these ppl your money,snotty bank I'm telling everyone

Worst customer service , particularly a redhead teller. As someone who previously worked in banking there is no excuse for how she treats you or ignores your presence. I try to drive to the Hardin valley location as much as I can.

Maybe if the workers would stop rolling their eyes at the customers and learn to run a debit card correctly they would be alright. My husband and I are out 600$ dollars, because the teller ran our debit card the wrong way and she claimed the money would be back in our account by Monday. Here we are Monday without our 600$. When my husband called we were told “ oh you don't have an account with us so we can't help you “.
