If you want pretty nails MARY is the one!!!! I’ve went to sequoia for almost 10 years, Mary has did them for 4 years! She has never disappointed me!!! Book now, this is the best salon around! Such a friendly atmosphere too 🫶🏼❤️💅

This will be a first and last visit for me. First, the nail tech was very rough. It was a very painful pedicure. The water was cold and when I asked for warmer water, she rolled her eyes. I asked for a deluxe pedicure and the price list she showed me was 35.00. At check out, it was 55.00. My toenails are not painted well at all. She did not allow them to dry adequately under the gel light. There was nothing deluxe about the service provided other than warm towels. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

I have been going to Sequoia Nails for 10 plus years and yesterday drew the line for me. I went in for a pedicure and a full set. I asked for OPI Strawberry Margarita on my toes in regular polish. Fast forward to getting my nails done, I was asked 4 different times on why I wanted to get regular polish on my nails and not gel polish. Explained to the owner that I just wanted regular polish so it would match what was on my toes. The fourth time Nina looked at me after asking “Why aren’t you getting gel on your nails? ” she proceeded to ask me “Are you okay today?” There was a salon FULL of people in there and she was doing this in-front of all of her customers. We got past the gel polish or I had thought. The lady who was doing my nails cut me and made me bleed and then didn’t even have the acrylic all the way up to my cuticles. I asked her to apply more so it didn’t look like my nails were grown out. The nail tech then asked me a FIFTH time if I wanted gel polish. At this point I felt that they were pushing me to get the gel polish so I just agreed and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. This is what I ended up with. $90 down the drain. I am so unhappy and I will not be back here again.

I am highly disappointed with my nails. These are my nails for graduation and they are very important to me. I was given a girl who barely spoke English and I had to communicate 4 different times that she was doing something wrong. I was visiting town and had never been there before, which means I cannot go back to get them redone. I wish there was a way to get my $85 back. I'm going to have to go get them done somewhere else last minute. :((
She also put the hard acrylic on before she shaped them, which resulted in her having to file at my nails for a solid 20 minutes. Hurting my nails they were sore the next day. Please don't treat others this way 😔

the last place I’ve been going had my nails so thin they kept breaking pass the quick I was having very bad anxiety because I didn’t want to go anywhere because it hurt so bad but after going here it showed that the other place didn’t know what they were even doing the lady took such care and was extremely careful with my nails that I didn’t even felt it. They feel so much better and she put me on a path to heal and grow..Also the lady that runs it she’s very professional and a customer pleaser I highly recommend this place the drive was worth it..

I’ve been going to this salon here and there for ten years, I’ve always made the extra drive for a pedicure bc you don’t need to pay extra for gel, their OPI LASTS. your nail will outgrow that nail polish before it ever chips. But I hadn’t been in a couple years till two days ago. I took my seven year old to get her nails done, just a simple polish with design. No need for gel because OPI lasts, right? And we use OPI at home and it lasts quite a while. At least a week before chipping.
Not even an hour after she had her nails done, her polish didn’t chip, but peeled off like cheep kids nail polish. Went back, had it fixed and by the next evening, four had done this. Idk if it’s the polish, if they’re diluting it or what but that’s not normal. Especially for OPI.
