My uncle has had his truck to Fox Toyota in Clinton 4 times and it still has not been repaired! I am so angry with them because he just got his truck back this morning and on his way home it broke down again. This is unacceptable. No reason it should have taken this many trips to repair his truck. They have a high review rating, but only deserve maybe 1star rating.

I bought my first Toyota today at Fox and it was a fantastic experience!!! No pressure, transparent pricing, and treated like a friend and not just a number.We loved the fact that they had KLOVE (type music) playing in the background and that it was apparent that the owners had an appreciation for/were Christians! It made me feel even more secure in our purchase that we were buying from like-minded people.Easiest and smoothest car buying experience ever. Great job to Karl and team!

I purchased a used vehicle from Fox Toyota in Clinton in 2022. 6 months later the service dept told me the car was bad and to trade out of it. After refusing to pay another down payment, I was told my car was only 2 quarts low on oil and fine. 7 days outside warranty coverage, the timing chain broke causing engine failure. I now have $7800 in negative equity on a car needing $11000 in repairs. Fox has not stood behind the vehicle or service dept. Buyer Beware!

Have to say I own a Kia, Chevy and Honda not a Toyota BUT the service department and technicians were able to service and repair all (3) of my vehicles over the last year. They have the ability and skills to work not only on Toyota but other manufacturers as well. There remodeled service department and sales area brings a more welcoming vibe then before. I would highly recommend having your vehicle, no matter the manufacturer, serviced/repaired here OR upgrade to a new vehicle if desired haha.

The man I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable. Truck seems to be running better now so that tells me that the service tech was also good at his job. He had a lot of things to do on my truck. I received a loner vehicle to drive while all the work was done which was very much appreciated. Great experience at Fox Toyota!!

Tristan was very nice but overall a terrible experience. I was trying to purchase a vehicle from out of state and was in limbo for two days in the buying process between Fox and my bank. Between people having days off and not being treated like a serious customer I did not get the chance to buy a vehicle from them. I was called and told that on my third day of trying to purchase this truck that a customer was at the dealership looking at the truck. Seeing that I had the buyers order and my bank was awaiting to hear from the finance department I felt that I was already working a deal on the truck and felt betrayed. Tristan was nice but I felt that I didn't get the truck because he was busy with another customer. I was put on the back burner because I was not physically there and that to me is a terrible way of doing business. If you are looking online to buy a vehicle don't waste your time on Fox Toyota!

Car I just purchased my new 4Runner with Fox Toyota. I'm so glad I connected with them after having a pretty terrible, slimy experience at a few other dealerships. I worked with Matt Schrider who made me feel like I was his only client. He helped me find what I wanted, didn't pressure me, and was up front about EVERYTHING. Every other dealership I spoke with was charging a "market adjustment" up to $5000 on top of MSRP, but NOT Fox Toyota. My vehicle was en route from the port when I purchased it and Matt updated me every few days on its status. When I came to pay for the vehicle the price was exactly as we had discussed and there was absolutely no trickery. They filled up my tank, gave me a T-shirt, encouraged me to give it a spin, and showed me how to work all the gadgets. I trust Fox Toyota. I would trust them with my family and friends, and certainly the care and maintenance of my new car. Thanks for all your help, Matt!

It was 07:20am ,and I had a flat tire . I found them an I thank God I went there first. I told them what I needed and they drove my car right away in the shop. He came back with it and told me there was a nail in the tire and he had plugged it. And for me to replace it right away, and there was no charge. What a blessing that there are still places that truly care about ppl and not just $$$. Thank you for your help.
