“Drove to Car Fix Oak Ridge North, James was able to get me right away. My dad and I explained what we thought the problem might be. James allowed my dad to go back into the shop and take a look. It turned out to be a broken clamp and a missing bolt from the heat shield. It was a great experience and I will be back.”
